To access the Medical Staff Members Only areas of the Web site use your physician identification number. You must add zeros to the beginning of that number to make it six digits, i.e., if your number is 22, enter "000022"; or, 473 becomes 000473.

Then use your last name, initially, as your password. You will be prompted to change your password after the first time you access the site. We encourage you to do so.
