Statement regarding “Primary Source” Data on the
Good Samaritan Hospital Los Angeles Medical Staff Website

The Medical Staff at Good Samaritan Hospital Los Angeles contracts with flyte new media, a website developer/maintenance firm, to provide our Medical Staff website and actual operation thereof. The agreement between the Medical Staff at Good Samaritan Hospital Los Angeles and flyte new media requires that any/all information on the website shall not be edited or altered in any way by anyone other than individuals in the Medical Staff Management Department of Good Samaritan Hospital Los Angeles. The information that is provided to flyte new media is a true and accurate reflection of our credentialing software program and is updated by an individual within the Medical Staff Management Department of Good Samaritan Hospital on an as needed basis, but at least monthly, following our Board of Trustees meeting.

As always, your organization is responsible for any decision it may make based on our website information. However, it is our intent to provide accurate information and to allow users the ability to obtain primary source verification of hospital affiliation.
